Sopwith Camel Note of Thanks from Dave Noon

Dave Noon of London, Ontario, sent us a nice thank you note regarding his Model Airways

Sopwith Camel. Evidently, he was missing a few parts from the kit and needed replacement parts - which we, of course, take care of FREE OF CHARGE!

Why does Model Expo provide this guarantee on all of our model kits? Simple answer really - because it's the right thing to do! Go ahead and ask your washing machine manufacturer to send you a free part when it breaks down - see how that goes over with them!

Dave's note: On June 20th, I requested replacement of two small engine parts that were missing in my Sopwith Camel kit. The parts arrived today (July 5th).

  1. I would like to add that having been working with model expo for years. Their policy of replacing missing, broken or if you just run out some thing is fantastic. I live in israel and they do not even charge for the mail. In this day and age it is certainly refreshing. When i tell other moellers of this service they do not believe me.
